Catherine Joule is a classically trained Soprano who specialises in classical, Jazz and Musical Theatre. She graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music with a Postgraduate in Vocal Performance in 2015. She also studied music at Anglia Ruskin University and was awarded the Mark Devin Performance Prize for her final year ensemble. Her professional credits include performing in The Butt by Susie Self- An opera commissioned as part of the Contemporary music festival in Vienna. She has sung in many concerts and recitals in London and East Anglia, including singing the final movement to Mahler’s Fourth Symphony at The Old Royal Naval Chapel in Greenwich in 2014. Future engagements include singing the title role of Artemisia– An opera based on the life of Italian painter Artemisia Gentileschi. She now enjoys a varied repertoire; singing both Jazz and Musical Theatre as well as classical genres.
